These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KAIV Timepieces website (the "Site") and our purchase, sale, trade, and consignment services (the "Services"). By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Services.
2. Authenticity & condition
Every watch we sell is inspected and authenticated to the best of our professional ability. We stand behind every piece. If any item is later determined by a manufacturer-authorized service center to be counterfeit, we will refund the full purchase price upon return of the watch in the condition received.
Watches are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. Condition descriptions reflect professional opinion, not factory specifications. Photographs are representative; minor variation may exist.
3. Pricing & availability
All prices are in U.S. Dollars and subject to change without notice. Inventory is sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing error, fraud, or unavailability, with full refund.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are confirmed at time of sale and may include bank wire, ACH, certified funds, or credit card (subject to limits and processing fees). Funds must clear before the watch ships.
5. Sales, trades & consignment
When you submit a watch through our sell-or-trade form, you represent that you have clear and lawful title to the timepiece and that all information provided is accurate. Final offers are based on physical inspection upon arrival; quoted prices may be adjusted if condition differs materially from what was represented. You may decline any revised offer and have the watch returned to you at our cost.

7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAIV Timepieces' total liability arising out of or related to a transaction is limited to the amount paid for the item at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Trademarks
All third-party brand names and trademarks (Rolex, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and are used only for descriptive purposes. KAIV Timepieces is an independent dealer and is not affiliated with or sponsored by any of these manufacturers.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
10. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
