Shipping
Every watch ships fully insured for its full purchase value, signature-required, via FedEx or UPS overnight (where service is available). Shipping is included on all U.S. orders unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Lead time: orders ship within 1 business day of cleared payment.
- Signature: an adult signature is required on delivery for buyer protection. Carrier hold-for-pickup is available on request.
- International: available case-by-case. Buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country.
Inspection period
You have 72 hours from confirmed delivery to inspect the watch. If anything arrives different from what was represented, contact us within that window.
Returns
We accept returns for any reason within the 72-hour inspection period, provided the watch is returned in the exact condition received, with all original components (papers, tags, bracelet links, etc.). Return shipping must be insured for full value.
- Refunds: processed within 3 business days of the watch passing post-return inspection.
- Method: refunded to the original payment method less any third-party processor fees and round-trip insured shipping costs (when the return is for buyer's preference).
- Defects or misrepresentation: full refund, all costs covered, no restocking fee.
Sending us a watch (sell or trade)
Once an offer is accepted, we provide a fully insured, prepaid shipping label. Pack the watch securely in its original box where possible. Upon arrival we authenticate within 1 business day and wire payment the same day on completion (or, in trade scenarios, ship the receiving watch).
Lost or damaged shipments
All packages are fully insured for their declared value. In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we manage the carrier claim directly and you will be made whole — refund or replacement, your choice.
